Everyone is so comical and likeable, it's insane. My favourite so far is Zakhar, who badmouths his master but lashes out at everyone who dares even speaks ill of him; and at times when Goncharov is describing Ilya Ilich I can't help how closely he resembles my habit of idleness and want for stability and stillness. He's slightly so me (without the spoiled tendency to abuse servants)!
