Saranya Chandruu’s Reviews > The Henna Artist > Status Update

I was completely absorbed in Lakshmi's story, watching her navigate uncertainty and fight her battles in Jaipur was so compelling. Despite all the struggles, she never compromised on her passion, and it was inspiring to see how new paths opened up for her along the way. I was also astonished to learn about the complexities of the Indian caste system. This is definitely one of the best books I’ve read..
