NiaKantorka’s Reviews > 我在惊悚游戏里封神 [I became a God in a horror game] > Status Update

Bad things are supposed to happen in this arc and from what I’ve seen in reviews there’s no preparing for it because everyone that has made it to its end was devastated. This is also creepy as heck with the Alien vibes of cells morphing into [redacted].

Why does Bai Liu know Spades but Spades doesn’t recognise Bai Liu.

I might have had a fit of laughter over the classier dog tags. This guy. OH my gosh. 😂

Tang Erma’s makeover had my cry-laughing. Also, what’s up with Lu Yizhan’s game powers?

Ooh, we got a glance into herectic no 1’s sealed room. How exciting. Lol, my of people I’ve wanted to meet is growing shorter. Next up should be the Joker and I also want to meet Spades. How come he’s always mentioned but never seen?

Finished the Rose Factory arc and found it superb - in hindsight it didn’t even feel long. Lol. I love how the different threads are developing and how every time a new character and / or challenge arrives it’s usually “planted” during an arc for the next one.

I’m closing in on the end of Rose Factory arc (chapter 214 of 589j. Look at this chapter count. Hahahahaha…. I wanted to read some more spooky stories before Halloween but that might be a tad ambitious.

I still dislike Tang Erda, but let’s wait and see how they’ll work together.

The heart…
And then came the test papers, like, dear author, what the heck?
I know drugs are illegal in China but are there any magic mushrooms? The Rose Factory arc reads like a psychedelic trip not for the faint of heart.
Btw, google said, “Yes, there are psychoactive mushrooms in China.”

The twists and turns are just amazing.

Also, I’m so curious how Tawil and Xie Ta fit together. Will there be more characters involved - thinking about the heretic [001] and also the number one in the game rankings (everyone else has turned up but this guy is mysteriously absent). I’d love a character sheet. lol.

“Horror or drama games usually have three endings: [good], [normal], and [true].”
Do they? The only games I play are board games and one mobile game that’s very chill and with cats. Lol. No horror far and wide…
