All the rest of those free loaders should be treated like the human garbage they are. How dare the opt for government work when there is private sector work available.

So let me see if I got this straight:
People work in government too long and should be fired or encouraged to level their jobs regularly.
But the revolving door of government employees should be stopped up so people who leave government service don't just go right into consulting with their highly specialized skill set.
Don't encourage government employees with raises, don't let them unionize for better treatment.
