This book is good, it's interesting, no notes, no gripes. The question is, why am I reading it? I'm retired. I'm not trying to get better at marketing. I've given up on social science and behavioral science because I've given up on trying to figure out how people think. The book covers how unpredictable stuff changes the world in unexpected ways... but we're all living that now. DNF.
