This is so strange bc normally I would be so angry and/or so sad along with Jude bc I very much immerse myself in However, bc it’s written like Jude is telling the store as an almost 30 yr old, it feels separated enough that I’m not devastated. Besides, “the bedroom door had been closed” x3 was so obvious in hindsight. Also, as a retelling, I already know the gist so it doesn’t hurt quite so much. SO GOOD!
