I like it, although I don't think it will be a book that will make my favourites. It is fun while reading it but easy enough to put back down again. You can tell that it was originally short stories amalgamated together and so the pace is a bit choppy but I really love the central characters and it is them that make me look forward to picking the book back up again.

I am looking forward to continuing the series as I have heard that the series gets better as the books go on (probably because the second and third book weren't written as short stories crammed together in one book). I would definitely say it was worth reading as long as you go into it with reasonable expectations when it comes to the pacing and like I said, the characters in this book make up for that fault.
