I like that Maryelle is being pushed to stand up for herself and showing how powerful her plant magic is! I hope she scared the mayor so well that she tells her mom how powerful her magic was

The mayor Cynthia is a royal bitch and I’m pissed the town couldn’t stop the construction and Maryelle didn’t cast magic to shut her up when she ridiculed her during the town hall meeting

It’s funny hearing how fast Oz is developing a crush and procteveness over Maryelle when this is his first time with a soul and experience positive emotions. He is so sweet with her but has no problem standing up to others and being cold to protect maryelle- even to her family he wants to honor and show respect too and hopes maryelle will do the same for herself
