Life is reason! Amaze, Amaze, Amaze!

Large differences from the movie when Grace tells Rocky he will not make it back to earth. The characters have not bonded as much yet. Rocky’s biology, planet, and life span is explained a lot more in book. Both adaptations are very good and compelling. This book is already one of my favorites.

Very good! I am at the part where they are about to bomb Antarctica. The moral dilemmas are incredibly interesting, and you can feel the urgency to protect civilization. Stratt is even more complex than her movie counterpart. Ryland Grace interacting with the other scientists is also fascinating.
