Verity is definitely not dead. Regal is getting rid of Shrewd and Kettricken by forcing them off of the seat of power. He’s immediately going to try and kill Fitz. This book is quickly becoming veryyyyyyy interesting.

I have absolutely no idea how Fitz is going to “distract” Regal long enough to get to the King. I mean seriously, his every move is watched by spies and there’s really nobody left in Buckkeep to protect him.

So…..Verity and Kettricken were doin it and Fitz could sense it due to their Skill connection…? Kinda awkward 😬.

Methinks King Shrewd’s gonna die soon…then Regal’s gonna become a REAL big problem. Also, where tf is Chade?
