Duncan was looking through the books in the library, and found an untitled book. The book had a professor who looked like he was doing experiments while killing innocent people. His nickname was revealed to be the Roach. Now Duncan and his friends have to find him.

Duncan was looking through the books in the library, and found an untitled book. The book had a professor who looked like he was doing experiments while killing innocent people. His nickname was revealed to be the Roach. Now Duncan and his friends have to find him.

Duncan must turn around his life. Sentenced to two months for political protests, Duncan works at the lost and found area at the train station, and it is miserable for him.

Duncan is a humorous person. When they are in the pool, he says to Wayne that the lifeguard "Bigfoot" is on duty(38). He says this because she has obnoxiously big feet and hairy legs. This makes him and Wayne giggle. When they jump in the pool, he drops Wayne's goggles into the pool and he has to get them all the way at the bottom of the 10 feet water.

Duncan works at the train station at Toronto for the lost and found. He finds the job to be boring and depressing. He is looking around in the books, and finds an odd looking journal. It was written by a professor or a scientist of some sort. It was almost all incoherent and unusual information. Although, one page was found to have clues to a murder. This man is known as the roach, and now they have to find him.
