I wanted to like this more than I did. I really enjoyed the first two books in this series but honestly this one fell a little flat. Considering it had been building up to it for three books the main tension got resolved within two chapters and it didn’t really feel like there was any actual peril. A fun vibe but definitely rushed. 3.5⭐️
