Oh my gosh. Cassandra Khaw's story in this is an abridged version of her new book. I wonder if this version was an early draft. To go directly from finishing Find Me Where It Ends to this story "Wait" is wild

I'm gonna recommend this book be read in front of a Happy Light because these stories are DEPRESSING (but very very good)

Immediately sobbing at the start of this short story because of course the ghost dog would wait for his owner in the afterlife 😭🐶 I'm going to go hug my dog now
