I usually have a thing against books below 4 stars, but this book had lots of positive/decent reviews (3-5 stars, mostly 4). Also, I'm learning that plenty of 4-starred books are plain trash, to be blunt. I'm dreading the romance subplot here... I really do like the dynamics and relationships we already have with Cassel and his family. We don't need romance here. Reminds me a bit of Jade City (DNF).
