In the power of negative thinking she talks about how to focus on what can be done right now instead of what an ideal future looks like. Instead of neon richer don’t be broke or make decisions that would take you towards that path. If you want to be thinner focus on what can you eat to not feel bloated right now etc. Shift from the ideal future to the workable present.
