Oh poor Branimir. As a mother, the beginning of this book nearly had me tapping out and my heart just broke again for Branimir and Zevander. How does it seem like their father - who is the sole cause of his whole family being cursed, hurt, or killed - suffered the least??

He glanced over his shoulder, and I jerked my head up’s so fast, I nearly toppled backwards “Perhaps you should walk alongside me, unless you insist on staring at my ass the whole way.”
“Perhaps you shouldn’t walk like you’ve got two snapping turtles attached to your ass.”

Okay I’m officially a sucker Maevyth and Zevander LOLLL

I can’t tell if I’m bored or not …
