I agree, what is the point?

4 mph is pretty brisk for a walk… it’s actually a terribly awkward pace. A bit fast for walking, but quite slow for running.
Normal walking pace is 3 mph, which is quite intentional walking, no lolly gagging or walking backwards.
Sorry to be the PT and ruin all the fun here.
