5 signs of soulessness - introduction to the character - she is a thief has no soul . Only steals things she is drawn to not because they are shiny but it’s some sort of a calling for her . The city is rules by the eye of obscura which means most of the actions the people do are being monitored.- apparently the character seems very reserved and based on the description of people with no souls she fits the criteria
