I’m trying desperately to get a grasp of how much magic is actually present in this book and I’m abt to riot, so the gods are real? I think??? But 98% aren’t seen like ever, and there’s magic portals/doorways used by the gods and they’re also real but no actual magic that people can wield exists?

I know that Cassius is supposed to be the main love interest but I’ll be so fr, Fisher is by far the better man (I’ll probably regret saying this)

Verity scaring the absolute shit out of me rn
