Honestly very interesting. Humor is used surprisingly well and it isn’t the snooze fest I’ve heard. Ishmael is a compelling character because he is genuinely dedicated to wanting to go whaling. He’s staying at a dingy hotel just to wait for a whaling boat.

A lot of references that I don’t get, but the biblical references I’m clocking like crazy
