I feel like this is my least favourite Vera book so far. I’m still enjoying it, but I’m not as drawn in by this one. The suspect list isn’t captivating me. I would like more development with Vera’s private life. Come on - give her a hint of a romance! The best part of this one has been the insight into Holly’s mind.
