I want to spend every moment with him, listening to him talk about the things he loves, bask in his quiet comfort, and help him feel safe and good in this world. I want to build that world for us, the one we talked about weeks ago when we were still getting to know each other. To be wild and free, together.😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

But I make myself stop and squeeze my backpack straps again. 
When I glance up at Trevor, all he does is smile at me. 
He always seems to do that. He doesn’t tell me to stop talking, he doesn’t walk away, and he doesn’t roll his eyes.
People do that.
He doesn’t.
I don’t know why.
