I understand how much fear people had during the Cold War. The State having so much control over the masses is horryfing and watering people down with statistics really does remove the individual experience. I don't think nations reflect what individuals are capable of. Believing that individuals changing themselves will change the nation is a stretch, but even I want to believe that living in the U.S. in 2026.
