Her friend Isabella and her brother John are sadly getting more annoying by the page BUT it‘s still a really enjoyable read even if so far I haven’t found a single obvious gothic element. It‘s fun, it‘s light and I believe building up to a very interesting turn of events.

So far: SO sweet and delightful! You have balls, gowns, carriages, mysterious men and giggling best friends. So far, it’s a sweet story although I’m looking forward to Northanger Abbey (and more Mr Tilney action) and the gothic elements!
