Nothing's really happening. it's more of a character POV that drops you right in the middle of this weird fucking cult and you sort of kind of know there was some type of environmental apocalypse. so far there's just been punishment and hatred. But after reading 1984, this is a riveting read. I might rate it high once I'm done because of my bitterness over having wasted time on that book.
