just so it's included in my record, i'm announcing it here that i've just read an unpublished play for class called Phyl by Cicely Mary Hamilton. It was set to premiere in 1913 at Oxford but was censored by the vice chancellor of the university. i would give it 2 stars — i was asked to suspend my disbelief in too many things in the final act to really be able to consider it enjoyable.
