Now I understand it’s endometriosis. Why, as such a grating factor to the character is this only being disclosed now? In my mind it should be shared with the reader sooner than 30% into a book.

I’ve been enjoying it but at 25-28% I’m really confused. The writing voice has shifted, over explaining things. I don’t understand why the FMC is suddenly referencing pain and hormonal issues when that hasn’t been shared any of the previous chapters. Why would ovulation cause pain?

Spelling mistakes are also appearing. It’s like the book has had two different edits.
