U good? That happened to me yesterday

u ok? that happens to me sometimes 😭 i dont know why

It usually happens to me before I have a massive panic attack

It was so bad. it was like being fucking stabbed and shocked at the same time

if it's frequently and hasn't actually sent you to the hospital or given you a reason to go, it's probably not that serious. could be heartburn, acid reflux, or a number of other things honestly. but tell an adult if it gets too painful or if you're that concerned, but you're most likely fine. maybe try some ibuprofen or tums.
