Still can't tell how I feel about this one but hey, at least I'm not on the verge of DNFing already. I feel like with most books I read lately, I have a low tolerance for stuff I don't like before I drop it for something else. Can I just please finish more than 2 books this month LMAO

Aaaaand I think I'm gonna call it quits here. The Deathless One has a lot of interesting backstory and is helping push along the plot while we barely know anything about the FMC and what we do know does not fit in with what this book is supposed to be about LMAO. Fantasy feminine rage and revenge novels are so hit and miss with me. I either adore them or I'm super disappointed, and sadly this one is the later

Their relationship is progressing too fast but the revenge is brewing, so I just hope it pays off lmfao

I've been curious about this one for a bit but didn't see the incredibly mixed reviews until now. Looks like I'm either gonna have a blast or this is going to be a swift DNF. I just need some badass female romantasy vengeance in my life rn
