I really can't tell if I like Grady conveniently making that "like/love" thing too. Josie and Weston didn't really say anything about it, except for that little quip in the speech. I guess Weston may have told him?

Off-page, clean, closed-door is great. I don't read romance for the smut. But they talk about being horny for a lot of the book (especially Wes), and a sex scene wouldn't have killed anyone.

In what world is Weston "third-generation rancher in charge of one thousand head of cattle, thirty employees, and ten thousand acres of land" saving pennies for farmhands. That is exorbitant wealth.

They've been back together––not even, they haven't said anything––for six hours. And somehow he has hired a farmhand and told his family he's spreading his wings to follow her? In six hours? Okay...

Like we get it, you're dedicated, but come on.

The six hours I'm referring to is the literal night. Like they kiss at the bar, they sleep (not together), they ride their horses at dawn, and then have this conversation.

"'You always were an excellent rider.'
"'You're welcome.'"
