Not sure how much more I can continue with this series if they don't get rid of Olivia soon ... don't care how it happens (kill her, move her, put her in Witness protection, send her off to a convent for all I care) but whenever she is mentioned or in a scene on page I find myself putting the book down or skimming as fast as I can to get rid of her
