Shout out to the authors I read this weekend Janae Keys (Heart on Ice) and Danielle Burton (Savior) who wrote male alpha characters who experienced childhood rape/sexual abuse but weren't afraid to cry and seek help. This is a taboo topic that is typically only addressed with female characters but both authors take it on with no filter. I hope to read more authors willing to address male trauma and fears.
