how full circle, it was howard and his people who robbed jamie and andrew in the first book. but now they’re helping them 4, howard walked andrew to the cabin and the cabin was wrecked by a tree falling on it, but he’s offered to help him and jamie (when he returns) fix it up each weekend🥹

jamie and niki made it to henri’s. but the weather is delaying them..

dam cara left and told what really happened to her family and why she wants to go alone🥹 and then the other 4 reach pennsylvania and somehow end up breaking into the wrong house and now are being taken to another settlement!? ummm the kid is so cute though

not jamie and niki acquiring a dog lol. AND THEY FOUND THE DAPHNE BOOK THE OTHERS LEFT ON THE ROAD WHEN THEY FINISHED IT!

they all reunited with henri!! and she got her other daughter and granddaughter there too, so full circle but she’s defo on her way out🙁 andrew also realised jamie was trying to protect everyone in the end..

idk wtf just went on but that was the most important chapter ever. fort caroline had turned on the leaders. rosewood didn’t even recognise jamie and denton killed him because jamie couldn’t!? so they just left… and left the nomads there too? now niki and him leave for the others and they’re safe. but jamie has learnt he was on a revenge mission and he done all of that out of rage and shouldn’t have… dam.

the ice cream truck sound came again and it was two brothers travelling!? not RH leaving the group to set off with these two because he found a connection with the man.. one more person down🥹

not them literally punching jamie for the vibes of it… AND WHAT? THE FAKE DOWNFALL OF FORT CAROLINE AND THE BLOCKADE TO BE A TRAP FOR THEM ALL TO COME OUT OF THE BUSHED ARMED AND ATTACKING JAMIE AND EVERYONE HELLO? plot twist wtf..

not jamar leaving camp to find taylor and the group lol! and the whole library scene with daphne’s books and reading one together🥹 the fact they left it in the road as well when it was finished! but there nearly at henri’s soooo!!

the nomads and jamie and andrew really did live the same lives in different settlements. glad jamie and niki still have each other on the trip…
