the (admittedly complained about) 2002 film adaptation led me to believe akasha wanted total world domination and to be treated like a god…just because. no. her plan in this book is “i want to kill 90% of the men on earth because they treat woman like shit and i’ve listened to them abuse women for centuries without the ability to act.” good for her.
