I feel like I’ve been dropped into this book with no context whatsoever. Declan and Evelyn have already been introduced and in the first page that already bantering and have this connection but it’s so confusing there’s no backstory or how she even ended up in this place. It’s just automatic chemistry intention and that’s just weird.

The urge to dnf this book is so high that I’m dying. I don’t understand why Declan has to be a respectful to Anastasia and her mother. I also don’t get why evie lets herself get walked all over. There relationship is just so weird. Once second the are being all emotional and bantering the next there all up on eachother.
