Kripke is my logical lifeline rn. It’s a relief reading about modal logic in a book that’s actually meant to be understood by students rather than in papers that basically serve as letters from one genius logician to another. After reading the whole dispute between Quine and Barcan Marcus, and doubting all my decisions to pick up this course, this book makes logic seem cute again <33

Modal logic is no joke… forgive me ku library if I return this book with water damage from my tears. There possibly exists a world in which I could understand modality, but in the actual one it is necessarily not possible im afraid
