It’s no joke to become a married man, is it_ _ I’ll no longer be a boy then ... I mean I shall be just like other people... that is, other married men.

...he seemed in a great panic about something. For after all, what had he to fear? He’d carried a girl off from her father, and when she was with child he had abandoned her. What was there remarkable in that? A charming, pleasant, bit of mischief, and nothing more. That was nothing for a man like the prince to be afraid of! Yet he was afraid. . . . (I may add here that he never once suggested that I should go with them, which, from what I know of his character, he certainly would have done . . . under other circumstances . . . that is, if he had not been aware of my love for Natasha.)

Fernando wrote: "Nelly reminds me to Cozette from The miserables..."I’m sorry, Fernando. The heroine’s name, so far in my translation, is Natasha. And I have not yet read Les Miserables.✌️
Thank you, Jon Guergué. Nice to meet you.I’m doing a reread, a different translation too. I’m fascinated by sunshine: the physical sensations beyond just heat and light.✌️
Thank you, Naitilus Golightly Morgendorffer!I went out a sat in the sun just this afternoon, and it boosted my spirits. Magic!😎
Thank you, Elysa! Nice to hear from you. It’s cool when a most famous author from the past mentions something you know yourself to be true.☀️

Dear Mark, I second you! I mostly feel for it these days, more than ever. It's like you are sitting in a groove, or in a canyon, or somewhere deep into a pit, and you know you had to get out, and the sooner the better. Well, metaphorically speaking! 😉
Ad litteram, what better option to get vitamin D3 😄

I like the word “ray” it’s so scientifically inaccurate, yet poetically so true.🙂
