So much that is remarkably freeing in this book is going to make control freaks and other essentially insecure coaches/leaders reflexively argue against it. Which will only make Kramer's point more clear. The readers who chooses this recommended approach will so quickly and effectively set themselves apart from compulsion that they will have to slow down, smile, and just take it all in. I am lifted by this book!
