It’s not shocking to hear the different perspectives of individuals after the fact. I have found it interesting to hear how other hospitals handled the situation.

To hear how some people felt as though patients were better off dead vs attempting to save them is hard to hear. I’m trying not to make quick judgments since this is an unimaginable situation. It’s just very interesting to hear such differing ideas.

I continue to be shocked by the lack of structure and planned approach to disasters in this book. It’s heartbreaking to read about and I can’t imagine the trauma these individuals carry with them still to this day.

Wow. This is so hard to imagine. I’ve definitely already cried listening to this book. It’s shocking to me to hear what all happened during this crisis.
