CONFLICT: The main problem about my story right now is, Monique went to the beach to get her swimsuit she had left the day before and when she went in the hut she noticed that there were boats coming onto shore. Then boats started getting shot at and she could no longer go outside. She had to stay inside the hut all day long singing a song to hopefully not be able to hear all the gun shots.

PREDICTIONS: I predict that Dee and his crew that he is currently with will get off the beach. I think they will be able to get off the beach into the roads and will survive. In the book Dee says that they will fight to get off the beach and in 30 years they will drive together from New York to a Dodgers and Phillies playoff game. I also think that Sid will be able to kill soldiers and wont think that he is useless.

POV: My book is in third person, limited. In the first story my narrator talks about Dee and what he is doing, he also mentions other people and what they are doing and saying but mostly focuses on Dee. Then the rest of the stories are also third person. limited. The narrator says quotes from what other characters but doesn't say their inside thoughts like he does with the main character.

PROTAGONIST: My protagonist In this section of my book is a man named Bill. He is 19 years old and works in the army in the tanks, he is the son of a Liverpool dockworker and is the youngest of 6 children. Right now he really wants to get into the battle but his tank crew wasn't getting anywhere. once he gets into the battle he starts comforting one of his newer crew members and us being very welcoming.

SETTING: In my book the first time takes place in the year 1944 and in Normandy, France. The story then flips to a girls in a small village called Villers-Bocage in northern France. One of the current scenes she in in a train tunnel. The last setting flips to a boy named James who lives in Winnipeg. In this scene he is at forks market.

GENRE: The genre of my book is historical fiction it focuses on 2 stories. The first one is a boy named Dee and he has all the weight from world war II. Dee is trying to hide the fact that he is secretly a German. The second story focases on a girl named Samaria. Samaria is a spy who Is trying to sabbatoge the German army.

My book is about a US soldier named Dee, who is 16 and moved to Germany when he was 5. His uncle went missing one night before he came to Germany and for his parents that was the last straw because they were already horrified by Nazis' growing power. That is why they moved to Germany.
