CONFLICT: The Conflict In the book "The Problem with forever" is Character to self. Mallory always overthinks, its her worst quality, she was home schooled for years due to this. "Four years since I've spoken to anyone outside a close knit group of people." ( Armentrout, 10) As you can see Mallory is way too shy to talk to other girls or teenagers her age. Maybe it's because she came from an "abusive" foster home.

Summary: the Problem with forever is about Mallory finding herself, and her not trying to be invisible. When Mallory was little, her and Rider lived in an abusive household, which gave her PTSD .She was later rescued by a couple whose daughter recently passed away. The book takes place in modern day, mainly in Mallory's new school, and is a chronological narrative. The story gets crazy when Riders friend Jayden passes

PREDICTION: Based off of Mallory's shyness, I think Paige will attempt to humiliate her in front of Reid again. But Reid will hopefully stand up for her. Just like Jaden did. "I know it's hard and it's all you have but Jesus knock it off." Paige's cheeks flushed pink." Pg 147-148.

POV: I think the point of view is 1st person. The point of view is first person because the book says "I, I'm, I feel." etc.. Like stated on page 25 " I needed this." or " I drew in a breath and then swallowed drily." on page 13. I think the protagonist (Mallory Dodge.) is the narrator for these reasons.
