CHARACTER v.s. SELF: The main conflict in Every Last Word is character vs self. Sam goes against herself a lot in the book. Her thoughts she has makes a lot of conflict because of what she thinks she may say which causes problems mostly with her friends. Most of her thoughts are about her friends and how she thinks they are wrong. With Sam having those thoughts and accidentally saying them aloud it causes problems.

SUMMARY:Samantha seems like a normal popular student, though under how she is at school she has a Purely-Obsessional OCD and has deep thoughts going through her head every day. She second guesses everything. Though she started hanging out with new friends that are into poetry. Sam thinks has started to help with her deep thoughts because it is something she enjoys. Her new friend Caroline helps her through her drama.

PREDICTIONS:In the book Every Last Word I have 2 predictions of what I may think will happen in later chapters of the book. First, since the character Sam gets dark thoughts I think one day she will get a dark thought and do what that thought may be out of anger caused by drama. My other prediction will be that since she thinks she is "different" from her friends that they are gonna split up.
