While the book addresses Harry's behavior and then proves he should have trusted his friends more, and Adam should have caught on to Harry having feelings for Athena, I still think Harry gets off to easily for what he puts Athena through via sabotage. She is way to quick to forgive him.

I hate the premise of this romance. And yet the prose, characters, and dialogue are so bright and fun that I can't get this silly grin off my face. This book pairs well with a orange and pineapple juice amaretto cocktail on the rocks. Its bright anf sweet with an acidic bite just like this book.

Oh good, someone called Harry out on his stupidity and horrid idea to at least a small degree. Also, I somehow like Adam now. Harry you have a lot of apologies to make before I think you worthy of Athena.

I like the humor. I don't like Harry in this one. Stop intentionally sabotaging Athena's season whilst passing it off as helping her figure out what she's looking for in a man! Especially because it's clear you don't want her married and aren't going to introduce her to suitable men because you want to marry her even though you're certain you're not in the running! I'm starting to like Adam more and Harry less.

I may not be fond of this series when it comes to the love stories, but I do love the dialogue and character interactions.

So far having a hard time with this series. Are we sure these Romances are by the same author as The Dread Penny Society?
