Vin is really annoying in this book. It's like they took all the character growth from the first book and did a factory reset.
She expects Elend to be patient and accepting of all her flaws, and he is.
But she extends zero grace to him. The second he makes a mistake, she instantly assumes the worst ("he doesn't love me", "I must leave him").
I don't like them as a couple, not her as a protagonist in this book.
