yes we got « they’re gazebos » but i wish they could’ve kept the seriousness of this scene in the movie. his confrontation of his mother Münchausen syndrome is so important for eddie’s character development.

day 9: ROCK WAAAAR 🪨💥

day 8: so IT is from outer space and is the last of a dying race... you think it’s a coincidence we never seen superman and pennywise in the same room together 👀

day 7: took them half of the book to meet again as adult in Derry damn.
Pennywise is lwk a toxic ex wanting them to come back to just torture them psychologically again. he’s messy

day 6: unfortunately SK is still a white man writing about a black character and black experiences so the whole thing about « I like to believe most of them were trying to warn us » allow me to believe they were not while chanting slur and burning black people

day 5: the way i would piss myself if i was them against Pennywise

day 4: « They felt right together; they fitted neatly against each other's edges. He couldn't explain it to himself any better than that, and since it didn't really seem to need any explaining, he decided he ought to just let it be. »
