This is sooooooooooo good!!!! Not a parenting book in terms of strategies but more so for re-parenting yourself and reshaping your ideas of parenthood.

The section on sleep was very reassuring for me! It really does feel like I’m supposed to race to get my literal (tiny) baby sleeping independently, but the author reminded me why I’m focusing on responsiveness and connection
