Guys, tonight I start "When Dimple Met Rishi" and at first I was super excited but now I'm kind of nervous after all the feedback I have been seeing. I'm going to go in with positivity though, so wish me luck!

This Kooky Wildflower Loves a Little Tea and Books Make your own decisions. Reviewing books after not finishing them makes no sense. Clear your head and read as you please.

I'm still super exited to read it. Thank you for this. :)

Bitchin' Reads I look forward to it as well. I would love to see more Indian protagonists in YA, especially after I fell in love with Anglo-Indian authors and characters--Arundati Roy's The God of Small Things and Aravind Adiga's The White Tiger are still a couple of my favorite books.

Amber I take negative reviews with a grain of salt. I like to read books for myself and develop my own opinions about a book. I'm still excited to read this book and can't wait to read it

Marina It was a cute, light, and fluffy read. Nothing too serious, I wouldn't say the plot was anything that extraordinary, but since both protagonists were Indian instead of typical white, it definitely gave the novel a fresh and new perspective.
