I forget what page I am specifically, but I do remember reading about John going to his therapist for a session and expressing mental health struggles or bad/questionable habits. He said he's trying to avoid becoming a serial killer by making rules his own rules that he has to follow. His therapist is trying to get to the bottom of his problems.

I think this book is super cool and enjoyable for horror fans. I love dark fiction; I love the dark themes, and, most importantly, I love the facts mixed in with it. It's educational in the science category, and I ended up learning a thing or two about dead bodies and what morticians do. I also understand what morticians go through and how seeing, or especially cleaning, a dead body can mess with the psyche.
