The book of fire talks more about general strategy than the book of water which is a bit easier to conceptualize. He also spits some bars here.

Musashi dropping actual techniques in the book of water is really cool, but I'm not a samurai who's constantly fighting others so I think the advice is a bit lost on me. He still drops a few bars here and there though.

This book is really funny in that Musashi will just say some shit and end it with "Think about it tho" and then you realize he's kinda right.
