She says no sex. And he says that’s not what this trip is about for me.

She also said that she didn’t wanna plan anything because the final few years of their marriage anytime it came to any sort of event outside of their typical day-to-day. She was the one that had to plan something so he said done he would do it.

She was upset that he isn’t therapy now because he wouldn’t go when they were together. So she asked him if he would journal with her and talk to her on this trip. And she was happy to see that he said he would love to do that with her.

He says he wants to make a couple stops on the way back together just them. They’d be away no town no play acting in front of Sam. No pressure from anyone else. Just him and her. He says he thinks that they are worth seeing about. Even if all that comes from it is a happier ending. Closure.

She says I can’t promise you anything. He says I get it. He says all I know is I’m not sure we’re through. Or at least I’m not sure I ever got my closure either. He says we’re too damn careful around each other.

She asked him is this trip your way of seeing if we should give it another chance. He says yes I want to be upfront with you about my intentions. But I also wanna celebrate something that we did together. Together. I’d like to go have fun with you bryd. Even if he just wanna go with friends.

He asks her if any part of her still thinks about them. She tries to avoid the answer. Say that she’s had sex with other people. Don’t know what’s happened in five years. He says that he doesn’t give a fuck who she slept with or how many times. He doesn’t give a fuck if she has a boyfriend right this minute. That they belong together who weighs that no one else will

She said it sent her into an emotional spiral that spun her out so badly took months for her to see straight until she attempted to move into another direction. She said it’s been like swimming against a car and ever since.
